Bring the whole family together for a fun, hands-on cooking experience!
Our small-group cooking workshops are designed for families with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers.
Bonus: Every participating family receives a free copy of the LCBC Recipe Collection too!*
We simply ask for a Pay As You Can donation for each attending child (choose your option below).

LCBC Family Beach Party
Select number of tickets- We welcome families to join us for our Beach Party!
Tuesday 18th August
10.00am – 12.00 noon
Our event is open to families where we will have a splash pool, ice cream bar, toy ocean creatures pool, outside activities, beach themed crafts, snacks & refreshments.
The Wellbeing for Life and the Cancer Awareness Team will also be joining us, bringing activities and information. Each attending family will also receive a FREE bottle/tube of suncream, courtesy of Tesco, Bishop Auckland.

Little SENDsations SEND Chats
Read moreLCBC are proud that Little SENDsations have chosen our LCBC Community Hub as one of many venues to host their SEND Chats.
SENDchats are informal, accessible support sessions for parent carers of children with SEND. They offer a safe space to talk, ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who truly understand the realities of SEND family life.
Sessions are welcoming, jargon-free, and shaped by the needs of those attending — whether that’s emotional support, practical advice, or simply a chance to feel seen and heard. SENDchats help reduce isolation, build community, and empower parent carers with connection, confidence, and shared understanding.
For these sessions, please book via their Booking System.

LCBC Carers Crafts
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product pageOur new craft group, starting 9th June, is open to all carers*.
The group is aimed to provide a meeting place for carers to share their lived experiences whilst taking part in various craft based activities.
Staff will be on hand to listen, sign post, give advice and guidance.
We welcome pre booking, or drop in.
Refreshments will be available.
We ask for a Pay As You Can donation to allow us to cover some resource costs.
