Our cook book contains ninety one savoury and sweet recipes which have been used within our workshops, events and at home. It also has a handy nutrient and measurement conversion table to refer to. I wanted to create a book full of recipes that will be cooked (not just to look at) and made again and again.
Every recipe has been tested and tasted with ingredients that are easy to obtain and inexpensive. Most importantly, the ingredients when consumed are aimed at helping to reduce the risk of many preventative health issues and diseases. Food IS medicine but ultimately must be delicious and enjoyable as after all, it is one of life’s pleasures.
