Equipment

  • Cupcake/muffin mould or tray
  • Scales
  • Bowl
  • Oven
  • cupcake cases if not using moulds

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 70 g peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g wholemeal flour
  • 40 g oats
  • 60 ml water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180c.
  • Mash the banana with the peanut butter, then whisk in the egg and honey.
  • Stir in the baking powder, then the oats and flour to make a thick dough. Stir in the water to make a batter.
  • Spoon into 6 cupcake/muffin moulds or cases in a cupcake/muffin tray, then bake for 15 - 20 mins.
Leave to cool a little in the tray then remove to cool fully.
  • I decorated some of these simply with a dollop of Greek yogurt, then fashioned a paw out of blueberries and dog treats.

Notes

Certain fruits and vegetables can be toxic to dogs. Those best avoided are:
