In the event of cancellation by ourselves, we undertake to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible we endeavour to make an immediate full refund of the event.

LCBC Community Pantry and Hampers:

Fair use; users of the services are asked to be considerate of others when accessing food. We reserve the right to refuse access to the service if we feel that this is being abused, foods/non-foods are being sold on, or if staff, volunteers or other users are treated with contempt or abuse. This will not be tolerated and our decision is final.

Accessing hampers: Hampers must be collected during the time specified (Thursday mornings between 9.30 – 10.30 am) unless otherwise advised and agreed. No refunds can be issued if recipients are unable to collect during these times.

We guarantee that the food we have available has been stored according to the measures advised by the Food Standards Agency during our possession.  We cannot control measures outside of this period.

LCBC Snack Bags:

These are offered for all children under the age of 16 years. Parents/carers must collect these and be responsible when giving these to their children (certain foods should be chopped and some may be unsuitable altogether if feeding small children). Bags cannot be issued for children of other family members, friends or neighbours.

LCBC Pay It Forward Initiative:

The Pay It Forward initiative can be used by any person with no criteria needed. In order to make for fair use, continual use is discouraged and only allowed in certain circumstances.
