Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking on any of our courses or for our services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the cookery workshops content.
We provide all ingredients, equipment, resources and aprons for all workshops/courses. Ingredients and some resources are provided for our Family Cooking at Home sessions.
Offer of LCBC Recipe Collection:
A copy of our LCBC Recipe Collection will be issued to each family only upon attendance of a Family Cooking Workshop or booking a Family Cooking at Home session. Only one copy of the book will be issued per family regardless of how many workshops/sessions are attended.
Health & Safety:
We ask that you dress appropriately for all workshops and long hair must be tied back.
We accept no liability for personal injury or any loss of or damage to personal property.
Parents/carers are responsible for their children at all times during the Family Cooking Workshops.
Special Dietary Requirements, Food Allergies & Illness:
We ask that you please inform us on booking of any allergies/intolerances, if vegetarian/vegan, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy or religions which affect dietary choices etc.
We accept bookings for groups of up to 12 children. A 50% non- refundable deposit is payable when booking in order to guarantee your party date and time. 14 days prior to the Party we will require the balance to be paid in full, along with the completed food allergy form provided, stating each child’s name, in order that we can plan the menus accordingly. At least one adult must accompany and supervise each group of children throughout your party.
We currently accept credit/debit card/PayPal payments. Cheques, BACS and cash may be accepted in certain circumstances. All cheques should be made payable to Little Chefs Big Chefs CIC. Other than corporates, we do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a course until we receive full payment though this may be waivered at our discretion.
At Little Chefs Big Chefs we aim to have an understanding of requirements of our customers.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds for funded workshops or sessions unless cancelled by ourselves.
For private workshops, if you contact us at least 72 hours prior to your workshop/course date, we will re-list your place for sale. If we are able to resell your place, we will fully refund you the cost of your workshop/course. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds through illness or on compassionate grounds unless waivered at our discretion.
For commercial bookings by organisations/schools, we need at least two week’s notice of cancellation otherwise we reserve the right to request 50% of the quoted fees.
Cancellations by Little Chefs Big Chefs CIC:
In the event of cancellation by ourselves, we undertake to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible we endeavour to make an immediate full refund of the event.
